Shipping, Returns & Terms of Service

• All orders are carefully checked, quality tested, and packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure your products reach you safely.

• Multiple items in one order may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines vary by location:

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days

• Other cities/towns: 5–9 business days

• Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with your tracking ID.

• You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website or app.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

• Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product shipped

• Size mismatch due to our error

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

• Customer must raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation of account details.

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been shipped.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at our support email/WhatsApp with your order ID.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited back to the same payment source.

• COD orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank transfer.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• By purchasing from Saras Clothing, you agree to our shipping, returns, and cancellation policies.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

• Color of products may slightly vary due to lighting & photography. This will not be considered a defect.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Northstreet Fashion House Pvt Ltd will be final.
