Return & Exchange Policy

At Saras Clothing, every piece is crafted and checked with care before dispatch. We want you to love what you purchase. To maintain fairness and hygiene, we follow a No Return & No Exchange policy except in the following cases:


Eligible for Return/Exchange

We only accept return or exchange requests if:

  1. The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  2. The product delivered is of the wrong size (different from the size ordered).
  3. The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

Conditions

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [Insert Email/WhatsApp].
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification before approval.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product. If the product is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences.
  • Products bought during sale/discount periods (final sale).

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  • Approved cases will be resolved via exchange or store credit only.
