Return & Exchange Policy

At Saras Clothing, every piece is crafted and checked with care before dispatch. We want you to love what you purchase. To maintain fairness and hygiene, we follow a No Return & No Exchange policy except in the following cases:
Eligible for Return/Exchange
We only accept return or exchange requests if:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is of the wrong size (different from the size ordered).
- The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
Conditions
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [Insert Email/WhatsApp].
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification before approval.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product. If the product is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Wrong size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences.
- Products bought during sale/discount periods (final sale).
Refunds
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Approved cases will be resolved via exchange or store credit only.
